Breakfast: Low Carb Peanut Butter Muesli

- Mix the oat flacks and chia seeds with a little water and let it swell.
- Meanwhile, mix the protein powder with milk, then add to the oats.

- Rinse the noodles thoroughly with cold water. Drain and cook them for 2 minutes in a large bowl with chili, lime juice, stevia (or sugar), and coconut oil.
- Chop the scallions, radishes, avocado, and pak choi.
- Sauté prawns.
- Toss noodles vegetables with the dressing and serve on a plate or in a bowl.

Dinner: Chicken in bacon parsley coat with tomatoes

How to Prepare:

- Place the bacon slices horizontally in a row to overlap slightly on a baking sheet —cut zucchini, Gouda, and chicken breast into thin pieces. And place the sheet in the oven at 180 °C.
- Place zucchini slices vertically in a row on top of the bacon. Then Gouda and chicken on top.
- Chop parsley and sprinkle on top.
- Roll the bacon with the filling and bake it for about 20 minutes.
- Dice tomato and season.
