  2. Chop the scallions, radishes, avocado, and pak choi.
  3. Sauté prawns. 
  4. Toss noodles vegetables with the dressing and serve on a plate or in a bowl.

Dinner: Chicken in bacon parsley coat with tomatoes

How to Prepare:

  1. Place the bacon slices horizontally in a row to overlap slightly on a baking sheet —cut zucchini, Gouda, and chicken breast into thin pieces. And place the sheet in the oven at 180 °C. 
  2. Place zucchini slices vertically in a row on top of the bacon. Then Gouda and chicken on top.
  3. Chop parsley and sprinkle on top. 
  4. Roll the bacon with the filling and bake it for about 20 minutes. 
  5. Dice tomato and season.
