Ingredients for one serving: 120 g salmon, 20 g bacon, 100 g broccoli, 100 g mushrooms, 1/4 clove of garlic, 1/2 onion, 40 g feta, 1/2 tsp paprika, 1/2 tsp chili flakes, 2 tablespoons vegetable oil Salt Pepper.

How to prepare: 

Step one: Preheat oven to 100°C.

Step 2: Season salmon with salt, pepper, paprika powder, and chili flakes and wrap in bacon strips.

Step 3: Heat oil and fry the salmon on all sides.

Step 4: Put the salmon in the oven and bake for about 5 minutes. Turn off the oven and keep the salmon warm.

Step 5: Wash the broccoli, remove the stalk, and cut the broccoli into florets.

Step 6: Clean the mushrooms and cut them into halves, quarters, or slices, depending on their size.

Step 7: Peel the onion and cut it into half rings.

Step 8: Peel garlic and chop finely.

Step 9: Heat oil in a pan, add broccoli and fry for about 3 minutes.

Step 10: Add mushrooms and onions and fry for another 5 minutes.

Step 11: Finally, add garlic and fry briefly. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Step 12: Sprinkle with crumbled feta and serve with salmon.
