24 Hours fasting Method
In this method, you fast once or twice a week for 24 hours at a stretch. For example, if you eat on Monday at 6 pm, you can’t eat again until Tuesday at 6 pm.
Of course, you can also fast from lunch to lunch or from breakfast to breakfast, whichever suits you best, the effect remains the same.
If you want to use this method to lose weight, it is important to watch what and how much you eat outside the fasting period.
If you are not used to fasting, it can be quite difficult to start directly with a fasting period of 24 hours. Therefore, it is better to start gradually with the first method.
