Eggs are cheap, easy to prepare, and they’re different ways to cook them. And there are delicious and bring a lot of essential nutrients, such as choline.
Egg yolks provide an ideal source of choline, a substance that has cell-protective functions. Choline also plays a supporting role in strengthening the brain, memory, metabolism, and mood, according to the National Institute of Health (NIH).
They also contain an amino acid called DHA, which plays a vital role during pregnancy.
Eggs are also high in vitamin D, which supports eye and bone functions and keeps cholesterol levels low.
