Due to the change in metabolism during fasting, slight discomfort may occur in individual cases. So drink plenty of fluids, exercise in the fresh air, relax and rest. A hot compress placed on the back of the neck or mint oil rubbed on the temples also can help.

For circulatory problems, dizziness, nausea, sweating: Drink rosemary or hawthorn leaf tea, suck a teaspoon of honey. And as a preventive measure, make cold whole-body washes (with a washcloth), brush massages, gymnastics.
