Put the towel around the handle of a sturdy door. Grasp one end of the towel with both hands end of the towel and hold it firmly.

Place your feet about 30 centimeters in front of your hands on the floor and wedge the door between them.

Make sure your feet are stable. Now lower your hips as far as possible to the floor by stretching your arms and knees.
