7. No time to acclimatize
The human organism needs some time to get used to the prevailing temperatures.
Complete acclimatization can take up to a week. If you want to start your fitness program directly on the first day, reduce the load – in the following days, you can slowly increase the load.
In this case, the cooler morning or evening hours are also better suited for your training sessions. The same applies, of course, to sudden heat waves that cause temperatures to rise intensely.
