3. No sunscreen
When the sun is blazing from the sky, applying one with a high SPF is mandatory. Especially if you’re working out in the mountains or the beach, You need to use a generous amount of sunscreen.
Make sure that your sunscreen is not too greasy – the fat clogs the pores and t prevents sweating. So a light, waterproof cream is best.
It is important to distinguish between the chemical and physical filter of the creams:
The chemical sunscreen absorbs the sun’s rays but must be absorbed into the skin to do so – so it only takes effect after 20 to 30 minutes. And Under intense sunlight, it decomposes, which is why frequent reapplication is necessary.
Physical sunscreen, on the other hand, forms a film on the skin and protects it immediately. Although it does not decompose, it is washed off quite quickly. Here, too, you cannot avoid reapplying the cream.
And pay attention to the ears and feet – these areas are often forgotten but are directly exposed to the sun during water sports.
