Lie on your stomach. Your left arm should be extended and bent 90 degrees.

Bend your right knee and raise it as far as you can. Then, rotate your hips and swing your right foot over the left side of your body. 

You can use your right hand to support the movement by resting the palm of your hand on the floor.

Hold the position for 20 seconds by pressing your left forearm into the floor. Then extend the right arm forward, relax the left arm and hold this position again for 20 seconds.

Repeat the exercise on the other side.
