Sit upright on the floor, just like in the exercise before.

With your torso upright, reach over your left leg with your right hand over your knee. Hold this position for 15 seconds.

Then, with your torso still straight, lean forward as far as possible. Next, grab your left knee or shin. Hold this position for 16 seconds, then repeat the exercise on the other side.
