Sit as upright as possible on the floor with your right leg bent in front of you, the left leg behind you. Lean forward over your right leg with your arms extended until you feel a stretch in your right leg.

Hold this position for 20 seconds. Then place your right hand behind you and rotate your upper body and left arm to the right and left arm to the right, away from your left leg.

If you’re not flexible, place your right forearm on the floor and rotate your torso even more.

Also, hold this position for 20 seconds. Then switch the position and repeat the exercise on the other side.
