Like starting something new, fasting can take some time to get used to. That means you will probably feel hungry during the first half of the day in the first few weeks.

This is normal. Accept it and move past it. By the same token, it’s also normal to slip from time to time and break your fast a little earlier or start your fast a little later. That’s okay, too.
