QUICK AND EASY

  • 40 g Baby spinach
  • 1 Carrot
  • 40 g Cheddar cheese ( (1 piece; 45{23a935e40810e147a9f2406802bc54b2b4fd42064446c8b6538bcc40c333c187} fat in dry matter))
  • 200 g grainy cream cheese ((8 tablespoons))
  • 4 Whole grain tortilla patties
  • salt and pepper
  1. Wash spinach and spin dry. Clean and peel the carrot and cut into thin slices with a peeler—grated cheddar cheese.

  2. Mix cream cheese with salt and pepper. Spread the cream cheese on each tortilla. Divide cheddar, spinach, and carrot among the tortillas. Fold both short sides of the tortilla onto the filling, fold in the long side and roll up toward the open side to form wraps.

  3. Toast tortillas in a hot skillet for 2-3 minutes on both sides until the desired browning and serve immediately.
