3. Stay busy
Staying busy is the perfect way to keep you from constantly thinking about food. Think about how often boredom has led to:
- Work is slow, so you visit the snack table or kitchen.
- You’re watching Netflix at home, and you mindlessly reach for the snacks.
If you want to stick to your calorie goal, find exciting things to do or get busy. Not only will time go by much faster, but you’ll be much more productive.
