6. Eat only when you are hungry

Listening to your hunger pangs can be challenging, especially in the beginning. 

You’ll notice how often you’ve eaten for entirely different reasons – whether it’s stress, habit, or because your co-worker offered you a cookie. 

Eating intuitively means only eating when you feel hungry. 

Drink some water first when you feel hungry. Then, if the feeling of hunger is still there after about 10 minutes, you can grab something.
