12. A normal meal plan: 

It’s a healthy mix, but it’s apparent that cutting calories is not important:

  • Breakfast: Coffee with milk, an omelet with spinach, peppers, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, and scallions
  • Snack: a plant-based protein shake.
  • Lunch: spinach salad, dried cranberries, walnuts, and an iced latte
  • Snack: banana with coconut peanut butter
  • Dinner: French fries with homemade guacamole and tacos with vegetable filling
  • Dessert: dark chocolate
