Britt began testing herself through a variety of weight loss programs – with no noticeable result.
She recounts, “I was eating in a dramatic calorie deficit, limiting myself to 500 calories a day while going to the gym with my dad about three times a week.”
At almost 130 kilos, the young woman had reached her maximum weight. She was in the middle of her law studies. She had already completely given up on desperately trying to change her situation.
