Ingredients for one serving: 100g smoked mackerel, 1/2 avocado, 1/8 lemon, 20g capers, 1 tablespoon olive oil, and Pepper and Sea salt.
How to prepare:
Step 1: Skin the mackerel and cut it into pieces.
Step 2: Cut avocado in half, remove the stone, peel, and dice.
Step 3: For the dressing, mix olive oil and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4: Mix the mackerel and avocado in a bowl with the dressing.
Step 5: Dress with capers and enjoy.
