2. Yogurt
Yogurt with fruit actually sounds like a good breakfast. You won’t get any immediate discomfort from it – at least if you don’t have a particularly sensitive digestive system.
However, yogurt on an empty stomach is only healthy to a limited extent.
Because an empty stomach does not properly absorb the healthy lactic acid bacteria in yogurt. Instead, the aggressive stomach acid kills off everything good before it reaches the intestines.
If you like yogurt in breakfast, eat a few nuts, a piece of avocado, or a spoonful of oatmeal beforehand to create a kind of buffer in the stomach.
