30 Days Without Sugar| One Month Sugar-Free: Personal Experience.

Day 11

The sugar-free diet is a bit costly. On the other hand, some foods that replace sweets are pretty expensive. With cashews, for example, I like to compensate in the evening at home also with cheese.

At least it’s nice and fatty! And because I eat more overall but can buy almost no convenience foods, I have a high consumption of fresh fruits and vegetables.

That’s healthy, but it costs more. Of course, I could also eat bread twice a day – but that would be boring.
