4. Eat more fat
When switching to a ketogenic diet, people will automatically eat less, which is a good thing in itself, of course.
However, if you take in too little fat and calories, it can lead to stress. That’s why you should eat more high-fat foods like MCT oil or free-range butter.
And remember, your body and brain will have to go through an adjustment period. Take your time with this, and remember that eating more fat will stimulate your body to get into ketosis faster.
