5. SINGLE LEG HIP THRUST

Like the Hip Thrust – only a little more challenging!

Your starting position is exactly the same as the Hip Thrust, except you lift one foot off the floor and lift your hips. 

Push through your heels on the floor and lift your hips. Make sure your hips stay straight and don’t tip to one side. Repeat with the other leg.
