6. Skydiver with arms in Y position
Lie on your stomach like in the position before. Lift your upper body with arms and legs under body tension and your legs as far as you can. Turn your thumbs towards the ceiling and pull your shoulder blades together.
While keeping your upper body and all your limbs in the air, bring your legs together and then spread them apart again, keeping them steadily in the air.
For the remaining repetitions, move only the legs open and closed.
