20. Lunges with side bend

Take the position of a lunge, as we explained before. 

But, first, bring the left arm back up, and get the right arm to the floor and back down.

Then straighten up to the starting and repeat the exercise on the other side. 

Now make a back lunge with lunge backward with the left leg and bring the right arm to the floor, then the left arm to the floor.
