18. Lunges with arms overhead
Stand upright, feet hip-width apart, toes pointing straight forward.
Straight forward. Extend your arms straight overhead as if you are about to jump into a pool.
Sit your toes on the floor, bend your left knee and let your hips drop,
until your right knee almost touches the floor.
In the down position, the knee of your front foot should be directly over your ankle. Step back far enough to reach this position.
Keep them as straight as possible.
