17. Prisoner squats with jump
By now, you’re able to do a proper squat.
If you are agile enough, you can sink down until your buttocks touch
until your buttocks touch your calves. But be careful not to bend your spine.
Before that happens, reverse the movement and push out of your heels and buttocks upward from your heels and glutes with enough momentum that your feet briefly lift feet and do a little hop.
If necessary, correct the position of your feet, arms, and torso before the next repetition.
