3. Asparagus North German Style
Asparagus in the north german style is an easy and delicious breakfast idea. It takes about 50 minutes to prepare and cook. And it contains about 200 kcal.

How to prepare:
Cook the asparagus in salted water with a pinch of sugar for 15 minutes.
Hard boil the eggs, peel, and chop. Pluck dill from stems and chop it.
Dice and fry the bacon in 1 tbsp oil until crispy.
Heat the remaining oil in another pan and fry the shrimp for 1 – 2 minutes. Then season with salt and pepper.
Heat the butter in this pan, add the bacon, the shrimp, and the egg. And season with dill, lemon juice, and possibly more salt and pepper. Then pour the butter mixture over the asparagus.
It goes very well with new potatoes.
