Lidia radically turned much of her life around. She started counting calories and accurately measuring her food portions. “I also eliminated all unhealthy foods from my diet.”
At the same time, the previously unathletic woman began cardio training (from 2015 to 2016), which helped her reduce her body mass by around 18 kilograms.
But Lidia soon found herself at a performance plateau: the number on the scale stagnated, and she lost motivation. Until she decided to make another radical change at the end of 2017.
