13. Garlic
Garlic can slow down skin aging, which in turn causes wrinkles. It is full of antioxidants like allicin, which fight wrinkles and fine lines due to (UV) sun rays.
Garlic is full of vitamin C, which promotes the formation of new cells and prevents wrinkles. It also regulates blood sugar, which is very important for healthy skin.
You can eat it raw, cooked in food, steamed, boiled in water, and fried in ghee.
