3. How does the Sirtdiet work?

The Sirtfood diet consists of three phases:

  • The first phase lasts three days and starts by significantly reducing calorie intake to 1,000 calories a day. Instead of three main meals, you eat one sirtuin-rich main meal and three green juices or smoothies, also sirtuin-rich. 
  • Phase two starts on the fourth day and lasts four days. You increase your calorie intake to 1,500 kcal. And you add two sirtfood-rich meals to the schedule, supplemented by two servings of juice/smoothie. 
  • The third phase of the diet begins At the end of the first week. It’s a stabilization phase, and you do it until you reach your desired weight. It is recommended to reduce the calorie intake to 1,800 kcal per day, and it is important to continue eating sirtfood.
