5. Firm skin around the eyes
These exercises have the same effect as expensive eye creams: they smooth the crease of the eyelids, open the eyes and lift the eyebrows naturally.
To begin, place your ring fingers on the inner corners of the lower eyelid, middle fingers on the middle of the lower eyelid, and index fingers on the outer corner of the eye. Very gently, now apply pressure to the areas of the lower orbital bone.
Place the ring fingers on the base of the brow and the middle fingers on the highest point of the brow. Now pull the fingers firmly downward while pulling the eyebrows firmly upward.
For this exercise, pull the tip of the nose down with the index finger of the left hand while the index finger of the right hand is placed under the nose. This causes the nose muscles to straighten downward and the distance between the brows to increase.
