4. Lifting the mouth and cheeks
The following exercises strengthen the mouth area, smooth the skin in this area and on the cheeks and lift and tighten the chin and cheek area.
Press lightly with the middle finger above the corners of the mouth, the index finger next to the nostrils, and the ring finger under the corners of the mouth towards the skull and the ears.
The middle finger is placed about a finger’s width below the zygomatic bone, while the ring finger is placed next to the corner of the mouth. The index finger moves back to the soft spot in front of the outer ear. And again, apply pressure pulses.
