Get into the push-up position; your shoulders are directly above your hands, your feet are shoulder-width apart. 

Now shift your weight to your right hand. Next, turn your feet and body to the side and place your left hand on your hip.

Your top leg is in front of the other. Push your hips forward and make sure your body forms straight from your head to your heels.

Raise your hips again, get into the push-up position and seamlessly complete a push-up by raising your hips.
