Finding keto fruits is not easy. Berries like strawberries and blueberries contain between 8 and 10 g per 100 g carbohydrates. And don’t forget to include the two somewhat atypical fruits in your diet: Avocados and olives.
Here are some options: raspberries, strawberries, cantaloupe melon, cranberries, blueberries, blackberries, papaya, gooseberries, lemons, limes.
