Keto Snacks: Keto crackers with spicy cheese dip

Low carb crackers with spicy cheese dip are a great snack if you’re on a ketogenic diet.

The homemade cheese dip is a hit for every home cinema evening and is also great in a keto diet. Cheddar cheese has calcium and phosphorus content. Both minerals together form a super team when it comes to healthy bones and teeth.

Besides, it also contains significant amounts of fluoride, which benefits the tooth enamel.

Cheddar cheese is popular because it tastes so nice and spicy. The cheese owes its bright orange color to the plant pigment annatto. And the carotenoid is generally considered harmless. However, it can trigger skin rashes in sensitive individuals.

If in doubt, you can buy Cheddar cheese without the dye. This does not detract from the taste, except that the cheese dip is not as beautifully bright orange.
