In summer, the sun mainly hits your head, neck, and shoulders – so these parts of your body are your most sensitive zones when exercising outdoors.
But you can protect them very easily with light headgear such as scarves and caps that offer good protection from the sun’s rays and prevent sunstroke.
Want something more cooling? Just put a damp cloth or towel on the back of your neck.
