Ingredients for 2 serving: 5 eggs, 125g tomatoes, 125 g peppers (about half a green bell pepper), 30 g pine nuts, 120 g minced meat, 40 g coconut oil for frying, half teaspoon sea salt pinch of pepper, rosemary, and paprika spice.
How to prepare:
Step 1: Fry the pine nuts in a pan with a little coconut oil until brown.
Step 2: Chop the tomatoes into small cubes and add them to the ground meat pan.
Step 3: When the minced meat is well cooked, add the eggs, and finish frying.
Step 4: Season with salt, pepper, and other spices as needed.
