24. Eat half is the best diet
Eat half works because you feed your body fewer calories. So it also puts on less fat. However, there are several catches: If you don’t eat enough, you’re susceptible to all kinds of temptations outside of meals.
Besides, it’s not a good idea in the long run. The body quickly learns to get by with less energy intake and switches to economy mode. Unfortunately, it maintains this mode even when you start eating normally again – so that you really start gaining weight.
