6. Remove makeup in the evening
Before going to bed, we should thoroughly remove makeup and dirt from our faces. It is the only way the skin can absorb the active ingredients of care products well and regenerate overnight.
Use products spacial for your skin type and remove mascara and makeup from the eyes gently and carefully. Pat, instead of rubbing it off with a towel! Too much rubbing promotes the formation of wrinkles around the sensitive eye area.
