3. Face opener
This exercise opens and tightens the entire face: eyes, forehead, head, and neck.
For this exercise, gently press your lower and upper jaw together so you can feel your masseter muscle. Then place your index fingers on the center of the muscle at the edge of the lower jaw and apply light pressure toward the ear.
Place your left hand’s middle and index fingers on the back of the head above the cervical spine. Then apply a light pressure to activate these points.
Finally, place the middle and index fingers above the highest point of the ear. And apply pressure with these gentle movements.
