2. Awakening Facial Massage

This exercise stimulates the three main ear muscles, the chin, and cheeks and prevents nasolabial fold formation. 

Place the tips of the index fingers directly on the front ear muscle in the cartilage tissue in front of the ear opening. At this point, you should feel your pulse. Once you have found it, massage it gently.

Then run your index fingers along the outside of the auricle. You will feel a distinct pull in the neck, don’t worry, that means it’s working.

The third point is above the ear. You can massage it with your middle and index fingers towards the skull and upwards towards the crown.
