Ingredients for 4 serving: 1 tablespoon coconut oil, 500g minced meat 2 leeks, 1 red onion, 1 clove garlic, 600ml broth, 200g cheese (45%, pepper & salt, Caraway, Nutmeg.
How to prepare:
Step 1: Sauté the ground beef in a cast iron pan along with the onions and garlic.
Step 2: Cut the leeks into rolls and fry them briefly with the minced meat.
Step 3: Deglaze everything with the broth.
Step 4: Add the cheese and let everything boil.
Step 5: Season everything well and serve.
